Organ Donation 器官捐贈

1) ​多謝香港電台邀請出席出席由醫務衞生局、衞生署聯同香港電台於十一月十一日舉行的「器官捐贈日2023」。有幸我的作品「圓滿的愛」能在現場展示，以藝術來呼籲社會各界付出大愛，令不圓滿的心變成圓滿。希望大家坐言起行，繼續支持器官捐贈。

作品名稱：圓滿的愛

捐贈器官可以㘣滿他人的生命是一種充滿美麗、意義且帶來喜悅的行為。藝術家彭淑儀(Agnes)，以其巧妙的雙手和純潔的心靈，創作了這件以回收物料:電線、藥瓶蓋和咖啡囊等完成的作品;以藝術的手法提醒人們，每一個人都擁有美麗且無私的心，可以用自己保貴的器官去幫助他人。我們要珍惜物件，何況是生命！

作品的中心是由電線精心編織而成的不完整的心形，一條一條充滿動感的電線就像在呼喚大眾去參與器官捐贈，以愛拯救他人生命，使不完整的心變得完美。同時，這也象徵著一條一條的血管將身體的各個部位連接起來。作品上點綴著由藥瓶蓋巧妙塑造而成的精緻玫瑰、優雅蝴蝶和圓形的葉子。這些象徵性的圖案代表著整個器官捐贈運動:玫瑰以其永恆的美麗和脆弱性，象徵著通過無私的器官捐贈所給予和接受的寶貴生命禮物;蝴蝶以其從毛蟲到飄逸美麗的驚人變化，鏡射出當生命通過捐贈者的慷慨得以挽救和更新時所發生的不可思議變化;而圓形的葉子則代表了圓滿的意思。

此外，作品還使用了由綠色和紅色咖啡囊製成的小花，以襯托出銀色的玫瑰和圓形的葉子。藝術家深信，只要有愛，就能為世界增添色彩。

Title: Fulfilling love

Donating organs is a beautiful, meaningful, and joyful act that can fulfill the lives of others. Artist Agnes, with her skillful hands and pure heart, has created a piece using recycled materials such as LAN cables, medicine bottle caps, and coffee capsules. Through her artistic approach, she reminds people that everyone possesses a beautiful and selfless heart, capable of using their precious organs to help others. We should cherish objects, especially when it comes to life.

At the center of the artwork is an intricately woven, incomplete heart shape made of wires. Each wire represents a call to the public to participate in organ donation, to save lives through love, and to transform an incomplete heart into perfection. At the same time, it symbolizes how veins connect different parts of the body. The artwork is adorned with delicately crafted roses, elegant butterflies, and circular leaves made from medicine bottle caps. These symbolic patterns represent the entire organ donation movement: the rose symbolizes the precious gift of life given and received through selfless organ donation, with its eternal beauty and fragility; the butterfly reflects the incredible
transformation that occurs when lives are saved and renewed through the donor's generosity, mirroring the astonishing metamorphosis from caterpillar to graceful beauty; the circular leaves represent completeness. 

The artwork also features small flowers made from green and red coffee capsules complementing the silver roses and circular leaves. The artist firmly believes that with love, one can add color to the world.
