“Happy Gathering” @ Metro City Plaza 1

Sunlight REIT commissioned Ms. Agnes Pang, a local multimedia artist, to create this set of artwork “Happy Gathering” made from everyday waste and discarded materials. We believe art appreciation is an effective way to arouse public awareness of environmental protection.

The two friendly pink dolphins in this artwork represent the Chinese White Dolphin, one of the most beloved icons of Hong Kong. To protect our beautiful ocean, we should reduce waste in our daily lives. We encourage waste reduction by providing recycling facilities at our properties.

Materials used: Foam nets, egg cartons, plastic bottles, labels and acrylic paint on canvas
