“Views from windows ” a self initiated project

窗外景

​2022年第一個自發項目－102張「view from my window」速寫終於完成了！當中有82幅香港及20幅外國景色。多謝每位發相給我的朋友。

​疫情期間我常常呆在家中，看看窗外景色，遠處的山像是告訴我些什麼似的，但以我的慧根找不着頭緒。於是我便嘗試以速寫把窗外景色繪畫出來，繼而好奇其他朋友家中或公司的景色又是怎樣的呢？在繁忙的都市生活中我們有否停下來看看窗外景色？

​在繪畫的過程中，很多朋友都會介意自己窗外景色不美觀，又或是誤會了我是想畫屋內的景象，其實我只是想畫一些真實的面貌。但我發覺原來他們的屋企或公司都有開陽的景觀，最吸引我的是窗外搭了棚架或窗望窗的景象。 每幅花了約10-15分鐘的時間，在觀察不同景觀及樓宇建築，令我更加了解到所住的地方－香港美麗之處。

"**Views from Windows**" is a self-initiated project I started during COVID. I asked my friends to send me photos of the views from their windows, and I sketched each one in 5–15 minutes, using the monotone of ink to capture both the atmosphere of the view and the sense of loneliness. Over time, both the views and circumstances have changed, and I now find this project fascinating as a way to explore how these differences are reflected in the evolving landscapes.
