Reflecting on 2024, it has been a quieter, more introspective year focused on rest, rejuvenation, and thoughtful exploration of my artistic journey. While less fast-paced than previous years, it offered valuable opportunities to recharge and engage in meaningful creative work.
​During this time, I completed several commissioned projects that brought unique challenges and rewarding experiences. Notable highlights from the year include:

“See You Zoo*: An Easter-themed shopping mall decoration at Domain Mall in Yau Tong  
"Celebration":  An artwork created for auction and fundraising at the opening party  of the CTA 1000 CCB (Asia) Hong Kong Open 2024
“Butterflies in Motion”:  A piece symbolizing the harmony between urban development and nature, showcased at CIC Zero Carbon Park  
“The Denim Rose Christmas Tree”:  A repurposed art installation made from denim jeans and soda cans, celebrating the festive season at CIC Zero Carbon Park  
Serving as a judge for the **World of Ice Cream** upcycling art competition by Cheung Kong Malls and the **"Voice for the Planet"** art competition organized by Lumivoce

I remain deeply grateful for the continued support of the media, which has played an integral role in amplifying my work. My heartfelt thanks go to TVB, ViuTV, NowTV, RTHK, HKET, The East Magazine, WandererHongKong, and Healthy Seeds for helping to share my artistic vision with a broader audience. Additionally, my column “惜識童樂” in HKET continues to convey my insights and knowledge on art and language in the context of parenting.

This year also saw the successful execution of several projects under the theme **“I am Everywhere”** (區區有我). These initiatives, in collaboration with schools, NGOs, and corporate organizations, aimed to promote the significance of sustainability in art through the use of recycled materials. These projects not only inspired creativity but also emphasized the vital role of environmental consciousness in artistic expression.

While 2024 may not have been as project-intensive as previous years, it was nonetheless a period of invaluable reflection, growth, and connection. I look forward to the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead, eager to continue my artistic journey with renewed energy and purpose.
